Admissions Timeline
- January 1, 2008: 2008-2009 Formal enrollment season begins. Applications may be submitted earlier, if desired. Family interviews will be conducted as applications are received.
- January-February, 2008: Enrollment Assessment Testing in Reading, Math, and Writing Assessments for 1st-6th grade and Kindergarten Assessments will be scheduled as needed. The school will notify applicants when they are to be tested.
- March 1, 2008: The deadline date on which the school must have a response from FFNA (Tuition Assistance) for new families. Please note that this is not the deadline for submitting a financial aid application. This is the date by which the school must have a response from FFNA. If you wish to pay the lower fee ($20) for the four week "Regular Processing," you must submit your application prior to January 25, 2008. Families who are applying for financial assistance will be required to complete the family interview and entrance testing process prior to being notified of financial aid.
- March 15, 2008: Notifications of financial aid amounts (FFNA) for new families.
- March 15, 2008: Letters of Acceptance and Enrollment Contracts Issued.
- March 28, 2008: Enrollment contracts and tuition deposits must be returned to the school by this date in order to guarantee placement in our classes.
Applications for admission and financial assistance will be accepted after the above dates and will be considered as the school has openings. Openings in our classes will be filled according to the following guidelines.
- Returning students will be given first priority. This applies only to those who submit Applications for Admission by February 15, 2008.
- Siblings of returning students will be given second priority. This applies only to those who submit Applications for Admission by February 15, 2008.
- New Applicants who meet all of the admissions requirements will be enrolled in available openings on a first-come first-served basis.
